Inspirational Lego # 104

For many AFOL parents in Belgium, today marks the return of the calm and silence as the kids return to school after the Christmas holiday.

Or the stress of homework and the likes in the evening...

So whatever the case is, let's just calm and relax our mind with 10 builds found on the internet again this week, so sit back and relax.

Kicking it off, we have the Beluga, a special build from our very own BeLUG members.  She was build during our club open day, to be auctioned off at Brick Mania Antwerpen this year after gracing the immense Pirate lay-out.  And a fine ship she is indeed!

Next we have a lovely build depicting all four houses' common rooms in Hogwarts.

Next we have the old portugese fortress of A Famosa, a lovely historical recreation of the venerable structure.

A Royal Wedding Interupted sees a nice build from the Castle theme, when the Forestmen come by and ruffle the party up!

We got the Mr T and his van in Dimensions these days, but this moc of the full team and minifig scaled van is just great.

Prepare yourselves for the next UCS set coming out in the Star Wars line!

A true classic, this old Akai sample mixer will get you all those 16bit tunes you want!

ACPin is one of my favorite builders, and this recreation of the second 300 movie poster is fantastic work.

I saw this build at a convention report the past few months, taking place in France.  I grew up on Club Dorothee, like most of my generation did in the 80s, and one of the cartoons they played every wednesday was Ulysses 31.  The ship, it's "eye", and Ulysses himself... just a huge trip down nostalgia lane!

The final build we have for this week is this scene from Tim Burton's A Nightmare Before Christmas, featuring Jack Skellington and an awesomely made hearse.

That's it again for this week, and hope to see you all again next week!
